Last weekend Nick and I flew up to NY for an annual Comic Book convention, The New York Comic Con. This was my second trip to NY for this convention, here is the link from last April's trek. We stayed at the New Yorker Hotel in Manhattan with two great friends, Matt Herring and Brian Le Tendre. They do a weekly pop culture (code word for Geek) podcast called The Secret Identity Podcast. The convention was a lot of fun. I mostly wandered around shooting pics of the geeks in their natural habitat. I also got to hang out with my old college buddy Mike Norton (next to last pic) quite a bit. He is currently under contract with DC Comics as the penciler for Green Arrow and Black Canary.
