IPHOTO SURPRISES FROM FABLE

Today I realized that I have hundreds and hundreds of photos in iPhoto taken by Fable. Now remember that these images were taken with the Photo Booth feature and they are almost all of her... She sets the timer and shoots away. Occasionally she will add some effects - like making her self look like a twin (one of her favorites) or do a crazy distorted screen. After looking through the images, I realized that I also have 30+ videos of her. Hmmmm - I'm going to have to post some of these - I hope she still loves me when she's 15... Here are a few shots I put together today just to get us started on some FableFun!!!! Even though she's mine - I have to say that she is soooooo funny. Can anyone say "drama"

THE DELTA FAIR

Last week Jeff and I took the girls to The Delta Fair at the Agricenter for a little fun and food :)

At first it was way too hot, but as soon as the sun started to settle it felt amazing. After the rides, the petting zoo and a bunch of purell, we feasted on pronto-pups, chicken-on-a-stick, chocolate covered frozen bananas, and of course cotton candy. To end our fun evening we listened to Jeremy Horn and The Somebodies play on the main stage. Awesome night.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE WINGS

Two weeks ago I gave Fable an old 10D. 

She LOVES it! Here are some of her recent images. It is interesting to see what catches her eye. Most of the time her subjects include: her little sister, favorite tv shows and her dolls. I picked a couple to post.

FABLE SAYS...

Occasionally I will post funny things that Fable says - because if you've ever spent a few minutes with her, then you know she can say some crazy stuff!

So here are a few from our funny little 7 year old:

Momma - I know how the Sugar Shack makes everything taste so good...

When you go in with a smile, they take it and put it in the ice cream. Then you eat it and leave happy!

She's a creative little character. This week she's been learning to sew - doll clothes - that she designs of course. Her birthday was Monday - we'll post some images of her with her new Blue Hawaii bike very soon.

A CAMERA LENS!!!  How cool is that - and so appropriate for the techno geek that I am...
